Graduate School Application Procedures

All students admitted to the program must have a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or physics.

• One completed application form. Additional forms may be obtained by writing to the address given above, or you can download and print the application forms in PDF format. To apply online, please go to www.mcw.edu/gradschool and choose Application for Admission from the menu on the left side of that page.
  
  

  Complete application materials should be submitted by February 15th.

  
  
• One complete, official transcript from each college attended. In addition, a list of courses in which you are currently enrolled or in which you intend to enroll, should be included.

• Three letters of recommendation. At least two or three letters should be from science faculty.

• A $40 application fee.

In addition, applicants are required to take the Graduate Record Examination. Applicants should make arrangement to have the Educational Testing Service forward the results for these tests directly to the Graduate School at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Applicants should use the Medical College of Wisconsin ETS Identification Number: R1519-8.
